He strives to deliver results with efficient approaches and unfaltering determination to lead Cadiznons to a better life.

He defines leadership as servanthood and government service as an opportunity to become a channel or vessel of “God’s goodness” to the people, that is what “good governance” is to him. His head is always up high in aiming and reaching greater heights of service, but his heart is always for the poor and vulnerable. He always has his reasons, but he sees to it that he is always a man of action. He lived on a dictum that: “All things are possible with God.”
